The location is what thrilled me the most. Shopping mall very close to the hotel and there are many different shops too. The staff are wonderful and nice. The only downside was the Air conditioner that didn’t work perfectly

Great hotel with fantastic services

Absolutely one of the very best hotels, thank you to Akhmet and the front desk lady. Great service great rooms. I left my phone one day inside the taxi , Akhmet helped me to recover my phone. Rooms were super clean, beds were super comfortable, housekeeping was top service. I will definitely stay again if I make a trip to Istanbul

Great Location

The hotel is in a good location. A lot of public transport is available. The room was cosy and clean. The only one thing I don’t like is that it’s a bit noisy. Even in the late night if someone walks through the common areas you can clearly hear and that somehow disturbs.

It is nice, good service, ... I only had a problem that I payed 2 times the same night but the Hotel couldn't do anything about it because it is a "expedia problem", but they were very helpful

I like the location and the condition of the property. I didn't like the reaction of the management to deal with my report of a loss of a small bag that contains two books and a trainer. I felt they didn't care, although I spoke with three different staff members during my stay.

Bed Bug Hotel

This hotel ruined my life. Me and my sister got bed bugs and when we told the staff at the hotel about it, we were treated very badly. They were very rude, blamed us for bringing the bed bugs there and thought we should check out and leave. We stayed in room 3011 which turned out to have bed bugs. Would not recommend this hotel if it was free. Never stay here and spend the money on another accommodation instead.

I didn't like the fact that the toilet lid in bathroom would not stay up. I had to hold it up by hand or using my back to hold it up to use toilet. I told them three times to sort it out, they said they would but failed to do anything about it. Didn't even offer us another room. Very poor service.
