Very nice clean hotel. Location is awesome. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. TV with good channels. I was in a back room with no view so internet was shaky. Water was hot. Bed was comfy. AC worked well. Elevators are big enough. Only small complain was low towel quality. Overall good experience

Overall unfortunately my experience was not comfortable. Acoustics were extremely poor — we could clearly hear voices from other rooms and from the corridor continuously. There was also a serious issue with the sewage system. There was a strong unpleasant odor in the bathroom, and we noticed the same smell in the spa area as well. I really want to point out that the hotel manager himself is a very nice, helpful, respectful person. My feeling is that the ownership does not support him enough with proper maintenance budget and improvements — and this directly affects guest experience. Location wise — this hotel is outstanding. Less than a few minutes walk to Taksim Square, metro and airport shuttle bus — so this part is honestly more than perfect. Breakfast however was disappointing — very limited variety and the taste quality was poor.

⚠️ ⛔️ CAUTION: When we checked out of the hotel and were about to take an Uber to airport, one of the hotel staff insisted strongly that I cancel the Uber, saying he knew a cheaper taxi. We agreed on a final price to the airport. He called his friend, and a taxi arrived quickly. I noticed that he secretly took his own commission from the driver, though he tried to hide it. When we got in, I told the driver the agreed price, and he accepted it. However, when we arrived at the airport, the driver charged us 200 turkish lira more, claiming it was a commission. Only use online taxi services. ✅ Positive: - Excellent location, - good breakfast (but no variety between days), - very good internet. ❌ Negative: -The room walls and main door are not soundproof, so every conversation and noise could be heard clearly. We were woken up in the mornings by the sounds. - The bed sheets and towels were relatively clean but very old, worn out, and dark in color. In my opinion, this hotel was not a real four-star.

Avoid this place!!!!!!! Worst customer service, very rude front desk manager, went to him to complain about breakfast as there is nothing you can eat, they have very bad quality of food, watery juice from the machine, no continu breakfast and just salad. When I requested help they said there is nothing we can do for you our breakfast is like this. Rooms are clean but they only supply shampoo and soap, if you ask about bathrobe it doesn’t exist here you can only get bad quality of towels. Wifiiii can go off, I regret this place never again !!!!

O hotel é bem localizado, o quarto é amplo e o banheiro também. Contudo a limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Quando chegamos haviam pelos na cama, vários cabelos pelo chão e o banheiro muito sujo, ao ponto de ter marcas de fezes no vazo e também no assento sanitário.

Nous avons séjourner 2 nuits en couple . Nous avons ete déçu par rapport aux photos et commentaires vouageurs . Accueil normal , chambre d apparence propre mais faut pas regarder sous le lit ou les recoins. Draps troués (cf photo).chambre tres mal insonorisée. Petit déjeuner spartiate, nourriture froide , aucune vienoiserie proposee ...et pas bon. Bon emplacement pour rallier les deux aéroports par bus ,quartier animé et moderne à deux pas de la rue istikal cabbesi. Pour le prix , ca reste correct.
