The staff was very nice. The room had a beautiful view. The train tracks are below the view window. It was so loud with trains and traffic just below window, even with window closed. Bathrooms are very small. Moldy grout in bathroom. We bought the breakfast with room plan. The breakfast is not served in hotel but at restaurant about 5-10 min walk down residential street. I don’t think I’d stay there again.

Stayed for one night. The location itself was peaceful. Fantastic customer service. The staff upgraded my room to a sea view without me asking. A few parts of the room were a little bit worn, but the room itself was good. Comfy bed. I would definitely stay again.

Thank you to all the staff from reception to cleaners, everyone was extremely attentive and kind - a special thank you to Gizem who made mine and my dogs stay extra special - the hotel is in a great location, has a beautiful view and is pet friendly which was my favourite part. I stayed for a week and I have nothing negative to say about my experience. Thank you La Cielo :)

Helpful staff, good location, the towels could have been whiter( looked over used ) and it could have been bigger ( size) for body . Decent size room and clean. Good value for the money. One big mistake was the wake-up call in the morning, they forgot to wake me up and missed my flight back .

Convenient hotel with all the basics needed for a goodnight sleep. The place is clean and in proximity to the sea side where you can enjoy seaside activities like biking, walking, and various sports. Bostanci end line metro station is next to you and the ferry station all within a a 10 min walk. Really convenient. The hotel could use a ramp for moving suitcases up the 6/7 steps of stairs.

This hotel is near the Marmara sea. Within 10 min walk, there is the metro line Marmaray that allows easy access to downtown Istanbul, and ferryboat lines to visit the Prince's Islands. It's very quiet and nicely located

We literally felt claustrophobic in the room. The TV is slow when you try and watch Netflix. I honestly wish I never booked it. It was a waste of money for me. In the end, we only stayed for a few hours and checked out middle of the night.

As a solo digital nomad for years, I must say this was one of my best stays in Istanbul. Room was just enough for everything. The building is only 2-3 minutes walk from a mai n subway.

It’s wasn’t comfortable rooms are too small you barely can move in it,you can here all the noises from your neighbors The day we checked in I noticed the bed sheet wasn’t changed from the previous occupant some hair were on our sheets and that wasn’t safe thing to do and disgusting. This is the second time hotels.com fool us with rating.

I was really pleased with the staff who were welcoming and friendly. I asked for room service and received it. The hotel doesn't offer meals aside for breakfast but you can ask the staff to order which is convenient. I ate so I was ok. The rooms were spacious, two sliding doors on either side of the room. The air con was set at 24 which was a bit on the warm side. The bed was comfy, their is a sofa in the room with a table, which is very practical.
