Rooms in very old condition, towels stained and grey with age, shower rusty and shower doors very hard to open, tiniest shower ever, no a/c in room, elevators shuddered and made grinding noises, did not feel safe using them.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with transportation to the airport and the front desk staff went above and beyond to help sort it out. location was excellent being so close to the tram line

Bathrooms were in need of an update. Chrome worn off the taps, wall paper pealing. Carpets dirty and stained. Cigarette smoke permeated the room.

Nice Hotel but gifts were stolen from baggage .

Hotel was not bad . Friendly front desk staff, good breakfast but We had stuff stolen from room that We bought . Very disappointed because our suitcases were messing stuff . We spent a lots of time visiting the city but once We got back Home we found out that few gifts are missing period . It is a big disappointment!!!!.

The room I was allocated on arrival (late at night) was tiny - less than 2m across - and had only one small window opening onto a fire escape (which was nonetheless blocked as it was being used to store bathroom supplies). The lock on the door didn't work; given that the bedroom floors were freely accessible from the street by a lift which required no keycard, I felt unsafe, and asked for a different room. I was told that none was available, but a hotel employee came to my room with a drill to fix the door. He was unable to do so, so I was moved to another (larger) room, where the door locked, but which unfortunately had bedbugs. I would definitely not stay here again.

Nice central hotel. Plenty of choice at breakfast, which is on a high floor with good views of the city for the most part. Rooms rather inconsistent with some much better than others but the reasonable price makes up for that. Very reasonable airport transfer and friendly helpful staff.

Nightmare

Worst stay so far in a hotel. Added some photos of our room. Booked a double bed room but got twin room, we requested to change room twice but staffs and reception didn’t care. Room was not hygiene, our room key had problem unlocking room, changed room key 6-7 times in our 5 nights stay.

Nul je souhaiterai un geste commerciale

La chambre pas nettoyer chaque jour pourtant compris dans mon prix de reservation poubelle pas nettoyer chaque jour dans la chambre cadre de lit qui est tomber sur mon enfant une honte prise electrique qui depasse de partout je souhaite un remboursement ou un geste commercial car cela ne vaut pas un 3 etoiles personnelle pas gracieux a chaque demande poir chauffer mes plats de mon enfant ont avaient l impression de les déranger le seul point positive de l hotel juste bien situé géographiquement des travaux dans le batiment juste en face de l'hôtel pas préciser sur le site travaux chaque jour dès 6h30 du matin cela n est pas des vacance de repos sa nois a gâcher nos vacance une honte

Very good hotel it is clean , furniture is new , decor is modern and beautiful , and the amazing thing is the breakfast very tasty , delicious and the chef is very happy to served you and the the reception is helpful i will come again to this hotel

I like: The hotel location is great, very calm and clean. I didn’t like: staff are not smiling, they need more training on how to welcome the guest, keep smiling all the time, and provide help for customers without waiting customer to ask for it.

Небольшой отель, хорошее месторасположение, близко ко всему транспорту. Номера маленькие, постельное белье и полотенца чистые. Завтраки стандартные: овощи, фрукты, несколько видов колбасы, сыра, яйца вареные, омлет, печёные овощи меняются, различные джемы, печенье, напитки. В целом рекомендую к заселению на несколько ночей.
