A nice hotel, clean, but rooms were rather small, especially when you habe suitcases. It's in a nice area, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distqnce and close to the metro station. Nice buffet breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nice little hotel

Nice little hotel in one of the most vibrant quarters of Istanbul. Still a residential area for locals but with many small restaurants, bars and cafes for tourists. We had a very helpfull concierge who solved our problem with the Istanbul card...

SO EKELHAFT, dass ich mir als Frau mit meiner jüngeren Schwester um 1 Uhr nachts ein neues Hotel suchen musste. Auf dem Bett lagen Haare und große sichtbare Hautschüppchen von anderen Menschen (eher von einem Mann da kurze Haare). An dem Schrank war eine dunkle Flüssigkeit heruntergeflossen, die nicht weggewischt wurde. Das Zimmer war erstickend und roch unangenehm - die Vorhänge hatten mehrere Zigarettenbrandlöcher. Ich war so angeekelt von dem Anblick und unangenehmen dicken Luft da drin, dass ich eine Rückerstattung erbeten habe. Die Luft hat sich überhaupt nicht gesund angefühlt in diesem Zimmer. Meiner Bitte sind sie nicht entgegengekommen mit der Aussage ihre Zimmer wären doch so sauber und da wird niemals geraucht (Brandlöcher sagen was anderes). Nur ein anderes Zimmer wurde mir angeboten. Als ob der Hygienemangel nur für ein Zimmer gültig wäre. Nicht das Zimmer sondern ihr Verständnis von Sauberkeit ist das Problem. Die Hotelleitung wollte nicht mal einen Teil zurückerstatten, denn sie würden ja keine anderen Gäste mehr finden. Nicht zu vergessen, dass der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sich nicht mal hochbewegt hat, um uns mit den Koffern auf den Treppen außen zu helfen oder um uns ins Zimmer zu führen. Nur ein komisches schräges Lächeln haben wir in der allerersten Sekunde bekommen als er uns beide an der Tür gesehen hat. Maximal schräg und angsteinflössend als Frau aber Professionalität ist ja als Hotel nicht Ihre Stärke.

Quarto com tapete sujo,manchas. Cheiro a desodorante com cigarro. Pedi quarto para não fumante. Chegamos às 2 am, em o frigobar não tem água, e em Estambul não se pode tomar água da torneira Desagradável . Café da manhã chegamos às 10:10 e é até 10:30. Mas já não tinha café e falou que não iria a fazer mais porque era hora de terminar.
