Very convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, really tasty F&B offering - I enjoyed a nice breakfast with plenty of choice available including freshly baked gluten free bread and a wonderful evening dinner from their a la carte menu. Smart, clean but soul-less

Service fell a little short of expectation. Asked to wait 10mins at check in due to a large delegation in front, however only 1 colleague on reception - second colleague quickly spotted me and realised I was on a tight schedule. No iron in room and 3 requests not actioned for one to be provided. Room clean and functional, small bar area, just felt a little soul-less.
