"We arrived at the office to collect the keys (when we eventually found the office) at 14:00. The staff at the office we very unpleasant, I understand that they are very busy managing hundreds of apartments across the city, but still it doesn't justify them being so unfriendly. They told us that we couldn't enter the apartment until 15:00, because cleaning might be in progress, but we could drop off our things and return later. We dropped off our things by 14:15, and as we were leaving we saw...
