"Honestamente todo fue súper excelente,el hotel está muy bien mantenido, habitaciones espaciosas y confortables,el aire acondicionado funciona a la perfección. Excelente selección de bebidas en todos los bares del hotel,si tuviera que señalar una crítica sería a la oferta de la langosta en los restaurantes pues solamente se ofrece en uno solo en el periodo nocturno y cuando lo cierran no tienes alternativas de probarla en ningún otro restaurante,y en el periodo de cinco noches que estuvimos hospedados este restaurante cerró dos veces. De todas maneras quiero reconocer el trabajo y el profesionalismo de Arturo y Silvia que nos proporcionaron la gestión de una cena agradable junto al encargado y mesera del restaurante asiático, reconocimientos especiales también para el personal del restaurante italiano y del restaurante de carne, así como al personal de limpieza del hotel. Y una vez más nuestro justo reconocimiento a Diego en el área del front desk. Mil gracias a todos, volveremos"
