Also get towels on chairs on the beach or by the pool very early to reserve them. They go quickly. We took the catamaran to Isla which was amazing. We were able to get the VIP discount by enduring the sales pitch. Warning: They push HARD to get you to sign up, and it took up nearly two hours of our morning. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. "

"This hotel was immaculate ! Room was Beautiful, all the staff were excellent and friendly. The buffet was good and the restaurants were great . I loved that there were no reservations needed and the wait time was only around 30 minutes where they gave you a beeper and you waited at the bar area. The beach area was beautiful, the staff came and took your drink orders from your beach chair. There’s a lounge in the lobby area where you can get snacks and drinks and coffee 24/7. My son loved the water slides. It was the best hotel we ever stayed in while in Mexico We will definitely be back "

"I cannot say enough about Atelier! We have been to Mexico roughly 20 times but this was our first stay at this resort, and it did not disappoint. Resort was impeccable, rooms were beautiful (my favorite of any resort I’ve stayed at) and the service was phenomenal. I wish I would have wrote down more names to shout out, but I did want to give a special review of our pool server, Damarys, who could not have been more outstanding!! She was so unbelievably accommodating and sweet to our entire group. We did not want to leave her!! Thank you to all the unbelievable staff at Atelier! We will be back! "
