"The amenities are not satisfied. The resort is luxury, but, there is no slippers, no body wash, no toothpaste,… my room has so many issues. The bathroom door couldn’t closed. The light didn’t turn on. The toilet was clogged most of the time. They told me to change the room. But, after they fixed those problems, they didn’t let me change the room. The toilet kept clogged. However, the resort was clean. Staffs were nice, helpful and friendly. Food was good. Except the Asian restaurant. The good choice for family."
