From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into another world—one filled with luxury, beauty, and service that went far beyond anything I could have imagined. Our swim-up room was absolutely gorgeous—spacious, modern, and perfectly designed for both relaxation and indulgence. Nothing beats waking up, stepping outside, and slipping right into crystal-clear water at your doorstep. But what truly made this trip unforgettable was the customer service. I have stayed in many resorts, but I have never experienced the level of care and attention that TRS Coral provides. Every single staff member was friendly, warm, and genuinely happy to help in any way possible. The property itself is spotless—meticulously clean, beautifully maintained, and designed to make you feel like you’re in a private paradise. A special thank you to our incredible butlers, Ivan and Ben. They went above and beyond every single day to make us feel not only welcome but truly special. Whether it was anticipating our needs, surprising us with thoughtful touches, or simply checking in to ensure everything was perfect—they elevated our stay to a whole new level. They are the definition of exceptional service. The restaurants were equally impressive. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and offered a wide variety of flavors to satisfy every craving. From fine dining to casual bites, every experience was A++"

"Loved all of it! Delicious food options! Beautiful beach area, clean and cold rooms! Small boutique hotel but had everything we needed! Family oriented. Beautiful views from the Skybar! Pool area was great! Plenty of Bali beds! Great staff! Only thing I would request is that the Skybar stay open past 8 pm for adults to have an area to hang out late, with open bar and music. Since late night entertainment is not available , I think leaving the Skybar open a bit longer maybe even till 11 pm would be beneficial to the adult guests. "

"This is an absolutely amazing place. Everything was wonderful. The club is worth it and the swim up room was also. With the club you get butler service. Tete was amazing and made our stay special. She was our butler. Cauich and Angel took care of everything that we needed at the beach, including helping us get amazing drinks and a wonderful spot on the beach. The beaches are absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend! You cannot go wrong! "

"My wife and I have traveled to Cancun multiple times within the last decade and have discovered this place for the very first time. Staff is by far the best we have ever had the pleasure to be around. The customer service is amazing!! Caribbean waters were always swimming and wadeable, beach was pristine with plenty of cabanas, wait staff made sure you were catered to with refreshments and food. Pools were not over crowded and yes plenty of staff. Grounds are elegantly maintained throughout the entire resort. Restaurants and nightlife also over and beyond. Rooms are very spacious with multiple options. We went with the rooftop pool option and will try the swim out option next time. We have done mega resorts and smaller resorts and this one is just right. Finest Playa Mujeres is the very best option you can do for Staff, Resort and Cost when considering a Cancún experience!!!"
