"The place was clean enough and literally across the street from John Wayne Airport, which was convenient but I absolutely hate nickel-and-dime charges and this place was full of them, starting with the parking fee. And when I noticed there wasn't a fridge in the room, I was told "Oh, you have a room with two double beds, so it doesn't have one" -- but I could add one for an additional fee. Ridiculous. "

"From the time I checked in, I was greeted by the front desk staff who had a great attitude and welcoming spirit about her. The property was kept well and the atmosphere was family friendly. I traveled with 5 kids, my husband and myself. Everything was kept well and clean. The breakfast was one of my favorite parts. Buffet style and offered a kitchen staff that made additional type breakfast fresh off the griddle of course there was a wait but it does warn the times of when it’s the busiest & we so happen to go mid busy to the busiest times. Overall great place to stay, clean, family friendly, loved the indoor pool, gym and good front desk service. "

"I had a great stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. The hotel looked very clean and well-maintained, and it seemed like they recently remodeled because the rooms and common areas felt modern and refreshed. The suites were comfortable and tidy, which made the stay feel relaxing and home-like. One of the highlights for me is always the complimentary breakfast. They have a good variety of hot and cold items, and my personal favorite is the waffle station. It’s always a nice way to start the morning."

"Room was clean so was the bathroom. Loved the blackout curtains. The breakfast buffet was my son’s favorite part. Bar was nice and had ur Bartender Steve remembered all of our names and conversational. Gym was nice and clean great machines."

"Hotel itself is nice, part is newer, part is in a historic concrete silo building which was interesting and kind of cool. Only complaint is that when I checked in at 11:30PM, there was no mention of the water being off in the building. So when I tried to shower and get ready for my job interview at 8AM, it was a trickle of scalding hot water and the toilet wouldn't flush. I called the front desk (from my cell phone because the in-room phone did not work) and the lady at the front desk basically said tough luck. Hotel itself was nice but I was very disappointed about the lack of communication about not having running water (why put someone in a room with no water??) and the response from the desk when I brought it up."

"Room was great easy access hotel accommodated me where early and late check-in the staff has been excellent The pool was clean, perfect temperature and I had a great workout in the gym."

"The hotel was very crowded and never let up. There is nowhere to park except for at the hotel or valet. Parking is $42/night per vehicle. We had to vehicles and I find it ridiculous when hotels want to charge you to park at the establishment you are already paying for. The TV in one of the rooms was not working. We waited 2 hours and 40 minutes for maintenance before giving up and leaving for dinner. The slide at the pool was closed all weekend and that information was not on their site. It was in the high 80’s and the reason I chose this hotel. One of our rooms had a dirty bathroom and trash in the bin from previous guests. Onsite restaurant was just okay. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there. Overall, I don’t recommend this place. There are better hotels in the area for the same or better pricing. "
