"This is a no-frills property. We stayed prior to an early-morning flight. We wanted only a clean environment and a comfortable bed. This is exactly what we got! An extra that we didn’t expect was that our room turned out to be a suite. The living room and sofa were a nice surprise!"

"The staff is excellent and accommodating but like any well used hotel it does show some signs of wear and tear even after being remodeled in the last few years. The kids really enjoyed the pool witch os nicely maintained. The free breakfast is also good. "

"Stayed here while in GRap for the weekend and it was a great stay! The staff was so kind and courteous! They stated the pool was recently redone however we did not use it. Location is great right off of the freeway and behind Meijer. Loved that the kitchenette was fully stocked with everything you would need including paper towels. It was quiet and breakfast had good options in the morning! "

"The staff couldn’t seem to be bothered. The pool was out for weeks and a busload of kids were checking in. No one was told that the pool was out prior to booking the rooms. The breakfast spread was gone by 9 although they didn’t end breakfast until 10. The hotel was full of kids who didn’t get anything. I went to the front desk, she told me to find the breakfast person who was no where to be found. I had to go into a back room to find the staff member on her phone. I said the coffee and creamer was out as well as the food. She said that breakfast stuff takes to long to cook so there wouldn’t be any more food placed out there. I said you have a room full of teenagers waiting for breakfast, she shrugged her shoulders. I wasn’t even with the kids. Poor management. I wouldn’t go back when there are many other "

"When i arrived the staff member was sitting on the couch and acted as tho i was disrupting him, but check in was ok. The breakfast food in the AM was barely luke warm and the room refrigerator was not cold. Bed was good and it was quiet so thankful for q place to rest"
