Well located - good standard B&B.

A good standard B&B. Hadn't realised that the breakfast offering was only continental style but good choice of fruit and cereals with toast and tea that didn't spill from the pot - supplemented with bread and confectionary. Very handy location - 11 minutes with wheeled suitcases back to the Railway station.

We arrived there only to find, that we hadn’t been expected, as they had not received any confirmation or reset aviation number. We then had to check into the mercure hotel, at a vast price, which I would like recompensated for

Fine b&b in excellent location

As we arrived late and stayed only one night it's hard to give a detailed review (and maybe the scores would have been even better if we had more evidence), but this was clearly a very good and well cared-for b&b, and it's in a really good location - just over the Ness footbridge from the centre, and closer than most. Thoroughly recommended, and happily it's not alone - this was my third fine b&b experience in Inverness this year. The degree of competition and the increase in expectations has really made Inverness b&bs up their game, so that if you look around for the good ones (such as Hawthorn Lodge) you're guaranteed a treat.

Such a beautiful home in Inverness. The feeling of being at home was certainly felt by the accommodating host. Close to the main/down town district but far enough away for peace and quiet.

Lovely stay

Lovely proprietor offered a very clean room with two single beds and an updated private bathroom, as well as a great breakfast and free parking. Great location for easy access from main road into town, as well as a short walk to town.

Perfect bed and breakfast in Inverness

The place is very clean, comfortable and close to the center. The full scottish breakfast was delicious and Ann is amazing, we forgot a jacket and she sent it to us to Glasgow. We recommend it very much.
