"Great size rooms, receptionist was lovely and we had a really good stay."

"It was a mistake booking here. Although cheaper than many other Madrid hotels, it's still overpriced. The guys there are all right, but they have a girl working at the front who's dense, doesn't listen and is not suited for that role. I had problems in the room and there was lots of noise, so I hardly slept. There were lots of tiny flies too as the place wasn't clean"

"Las fotos te presentaban una habitación amplia y luminosa, claramente moderna y adecuada al precio. Una vez llegas ahí, descubres un verdadero zulo digno de una pelicula de terror. Habitación diminuta sin luz natural. El baño es tan pequeño que no puedes ni abrir la puerta completamente. Es una verguenza ofrecer una habitación así. Lo único bueno és la ubicación y la limpieza."

"Service was excellent, however the room was in a balcony area and I couldn’t sleep the whole night. They were under construction accross the street, which is the Mercado de San Miguel and that didn’t let us sleep. "

"Staffless hotel so no welcome, no amenities at all - Travelling for business and this is certainly not a hotel to stay in for this purpose. No access to food or drink apart from a vending machine and limited local options. Part of the hotel seems to have permanent residents - music playing loudly until late. Unsatisfactory for the price charged."
