"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing views of the beach, sunrise, and sunset. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of cabinets and counter space to cook large meals. Large bedrooms and bathrooms and bunk room was awesome. Beach access is some of the closest you will get at Indian Pass. Management company responded quickly to maintenance request for elevator."

"Host was in communication entire time. House was just as pictured. Having direct beach access with the huge porch makes this property such a treasure. Beds were comfy, as was furniture. We had everything we needed here plus some. This place makes you feel like home. Just wish it was my home! "

"My husband and I enjoyed our 5 nights in this beach home. While it is an older home, it was clean and the perfect size for a couple. Having two bathrooms is nice when trying to get ready. Everything we needed was provided. We enjoy staying in Indian Pass but sometimes a 1 bedroom is hard to find in this area. As the listing states, there are stairs up to the house, This was not a problem for us but I know it can be for some people. This is probably not the best place to swim as there is a current, but the beach is absolutely beautiful!"

"The pool need attention and after that was taken care of it was much better. Pump was acting up due to lack of back wash needed. Mattress on main floor needs replaced period. Other beds were excellent and very comfortable. Pans were bad. Bring your own if you intend to use any. Over all. The house was nice and worked well with having kids and privacy.
