"We had a wonderful week at the beach and enjoyed the house. Some items had issues - broken toaster, coffee maker, fridge door, grill was very dirty, No batteries in any remotes. Rental company was responsive; however, I feel like these items should have been in working order. We requested checkout at noon rather than 10 am. Response was “yes” with 75 fee. I asked for complimentary due to issues above and we also had to wait to check in because house cleaning was not finished. Was told they understood and would get back to me. Never got a response. Overall, we did enjoy the home but not sure about the rental management company."

"Enjoyed the house. The only major issue was that they do not have a spa or hot tub but instead have some sort of sitting space that apparently cannot heat independently of the pool. Seems strange but this is what I was told when they said it cost 105/day for the spa use in the summertime, which is not what the ad states."

"Amazing home on the beach. Every accommodation you and your dogs need. Super clean and cozy! Host is always available to answer any questions that might come up. Definitely will go back!"

"Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. Although when we arrived, the lower level was littered with junk (broken beach chairs, dirty/moldy patio chairs, beach toys, life jackets, children's toys, and much more. Just a cluttered mess that looked like a junk yard.) and the landscaping was more than out of control, so much that it was growing into the house and parking area. The outside shower area was nasty with mold and algae. The interior was much better, although not very clean. Cereal on the floor and under furniture. Uncleaned cooking utensils. Sand in the showers. We placed sheets on the couches to sit on them. A positive note: The linens were clean and crispy, the towels were clean and fresh. The washer and dryer was a big plus. This house has the potential to be outstanding."

"Property is in great proximity to the beach. But a little far from the convenience of shopping and most restaurants. The furnishings and carpeting are old and stained. All bathrooms have standard short toilets and the tubs were small and VERY slippery. The washer dryer was a stackable unit and only accommodated very small loads of laundry and the dryer quit working while we were there but they had it repaired on the 2nd day after it being reported. The property is in desperate need of a face lift but served it's purpose. The grandchildren loved the pool area which is the main reason we rented this property."
