"This house is very well appointed. The ocean front location was beautiful and the pool was heated comfortably. The kitchen had every single thing you could possibly need to prepare meals or snacks. We loved the ocean front decks and spent a lot of time just enjoying the beautiful view. Thank you, Sophi, for being a fantastic host!"

"Overall, a very good stay. King mattress could be replaced. Living room furniture could also be updated to be more comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with only thing missing was a plastic pancake turner for nonstick cookware.Unit was very clean upon arrival. Gulf waters were literally right below your feet. Had one issue with the lock (battery) and host was very responsive."

"This is a fantastic property for a family beach getaway. The location and overall amenities were very nice. We enjoyed the heated pool in January and the private walkway to the beach. Only complaints are the need for a thorough deep cleaning including HVAC supplies (dusty and grimy) and the water only stays hot in the showers for around 5 minutes before getting lukewarm. Neither are dealbreakers but should be addressed by the property manager. Loved the back deck for watching the sunset, and that everything in the home was in working order. A great option for Cape San Blas and could become excellent with a few minor touches!"

"We had one of our best family Christmas and stays at the beach! We arrived at the spotless house which is light, bright and inviting with a perfect layout of being able to hang out in the open concept kitchen, dining, living area, playing ping pong, corn hole or shuffle board or just reading a book on the beautifully screened in porch or spacious deck by the pool. No one was ever bored!We also had a parent in a mobility chair and the elevator and layout of the house made it easy for her to maneuver around. The bathroom was accessible for her as well though the built in shower bench was a bit high for her it was easily remedied with a portable shower bench. The highlight was of course the beautiful beach, easily accessible directly from the house with plenty of chairs and beach toys provided by the house. Our dog experienced the beach for the first time and loved it though the moving salty water confused him at first . We made s’mores over a bonfire on Christmas Eve which was a treat! The hosing off station for the dog, fish cleaning station and out door shower are priceless to have after a day at the beach and successful fishing. The 1/2 bath downstairs was also a huge plus when hanging out downstairs or at the beach.Just a perfect holiday with family in this beautiful home and its perfect location! We will consider coming back with friends and family in the future. Thank you for the memories "

"A beautiful home on the Cape. Communication was excellent and pictures do not do justice to this welcoming home that accompanied the 7 of us. We were immediately welcomed with a welcome gift from the hosts. How thoughtful! We put on a full Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had an issue with the cooling system on the 2nd day and someone was out in the next half hour fixing the issue. We are already planning our next visit. "
