"We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this is easily one of our all-time favorites.The first thing that takes your breath away is the view. The wall-to-wall windows showcase the most incredible turquoise water and sugar-white sand, making every sunrise and sunset unforgettable.The location is perfect, right next to the state park, so the beach feels peaceful and uncrowded. One of our favorite memories was having a bonfire on the beach, lying under the stars, and simply soaking it all in. We also found 11 shark teeth right in front of the house—a great spot for shell and shark tooth hunting!Being directly on the beach made everything so easy. We could run inside for drinks, lunch, or forgotten beach toys without a long walk, which was especially nice with kids. The pool was small but refreshing after a day in the Gulf.The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, and there were plenty of games for family time in the evenings.We experienced a severe storm during our stay, and the property management team was outstanding—quick to respond, attentive, and genuinely caring.We hardly left because the house and beach were so perfect. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway to reconnect with family on one of the Gulf Coast’s most beautiful beaches, this is it. We’re already planning our return. Highly recommend!"

"This was the most fabulous home! We are a large family with small children. We felt like we were home! Grandkids don’t want to leave! The property is amazing and beautiful and comfy!! Will definitely be back! The host are extremely accommodating and responsive! Wonderful trip for sure!!"

"Absolutely perfect. The gorgeous house, the host, the location were excellent. The view from the living area was outstanding. The only negative was the comfort of the beds. They were super hard. I understand that is a personal choice, but every adult commented on how they were uncomfortable sleeping. However, that would not stop us from staying there again."

The sunsets in Cape San Blass are breathtaking.Only recommendation would be to put curtains or heavier shades that block the morning sun in the 2 bedrooms on maiin floor.Thank you for allowing us to stay at Carpe Diem!"
