100 STEPS TO BEACH — RENOVATED 2BR/2BA PET FRIENDLY CONDO AT CAPE SAN BLAS!

"The condo was well stocked with everything you would normally need on a beach vacation. Although we brought our own supplies we noticed a well stocked kitchen, both bathrooms, laundry room, and plenty of beach supplies(chairs, buggy,umbrella, toys, even sunscreen). I can't imagine you needing anything other than your personal supplies and food as well as pet food. There were even feeding bowls, towels and balls for your pet. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owner was easy to get in touch with to handle a couple of minor things that came up, and dealt with them right away.The only thing that was a disadvantage was this condo was on the first floor and the condo above had kids that didn't walk anywhere they ran. And as kids do, they were up before the sun came up. But they wore out early so it was a peacefully sleep in a comfortable bed.The master bedroom was large enough that our travel pet crate could be set up and there was plenty of room to walk aroundIf this owner was to have other condos in other areas I would definitely use her again."

"There are definitely some maintenance items that need to be addressed on this property but when we left, I felt confident that they were already being taken care of the following week. The host was very easy to contact and they actually contacted me first to let me know if maintenance items that were a problem (and would be addressed after our stay) and to make sure we would be ok with it or move us to a new property. The house was clean, it is in a great location, and the private boardwalk is really nice. It is shared with the other neighbors but not many houses and it not a public boardwalk. The walk to the beach was very short and it is also very close to the shell station and gift shop. We were able to walk there. Just a few blocks away. The view is gorgeous. We truly enjoyed our stay and we intend to return. Thanks so much!!"

"Reminds me of camping in Florida in my teens -plus water, electric, septic, a pole barn with awesome shade, and a dock with awesome shade. It was a little tricky to find the fishing angles off the dock, but we figured it out. There are some muddy spots if you venture out into the water. A stand up paddle board SUP helps."
