"Sunny Dayz was beautiful property. We stayed 3 nights so those looking for a longer stay may plan better than us. The property itself is beautiful! It is well furnished and decorated. It is an ocean view on onside and bay view(barely) on the other. Our trip in Nov needed additional blankets at times and their was not any in the bedrooms. Their was one downstairs in the living room area.When i checked out i spoke with the office about my stay. They asked if i had issues i told them yes. They were things like no trash cans in the upstairs bathrooms and towels in 1/2 bath. They labeled those as "inconveniences". I dont think those are inconveniences those are things that every bathroom should have in them. Cape San Blas is beautiful. This property is beautiful and the access to the beach is amazing. There a few places to eat nearby. I would recommend Coneheads! dont let the name fool you. Last recommendation if you go after sept please check on redtide. Our kayaking and water plans were pushed back plus the air quality was poor."

"The open concept of the common area is wonderful. We had coffee every day on the screened balcony. Bedrooms were a good size even the bunk room. The kitchen was well stocked. We got our steps in with the two staircases! We were told by some people from Louisiana that they were there to evaluate the area that their company is coming in to add 250 feet to the beach. This should help with the area washed away in front of the building. We had a wonderful time and will definitely visit this unit again. The only disappointment was the floors did not seem clean when we arrived. The cleaning crew could do a better job of that and checking the light bulbs. Also the dryer needs a good cleaning. It dries really slow. Want to give a shout out to Uptown Bar and Grill as well as Indian Pass Oyster Bar. Both are great places to eat!"

"Very clean, kitchen stocked with plenty of utensils. Short walk to beach on boardwalk. Loved the big dining table for 10 people. Definitely a nice place to stay"

"The pool was amazing for the kids. The house was fully stocked. I have never seen a kitchen so fully stocked before. We have been coming to the cape for 15 years, but as our children have gotten married and had their own kids we have needed bigger houses. There were 13 in our group and this house was perfect. We appreciated the kayak and beach toys for the kids. I highly recommend this house. Thank you for sharing your home with us."

"My family and I had the most amazing week in this house. The house had everything we could have possibly needed inside and out, and the location can't be beat! Communication with the host was excellent. All of the important housekeeping areas were clean. (Bathrooms, linens etc.) We would definitely love to stay in this house again!"

"This is a nice pet-friendly home. Check in/out was convenient, the house was clean, there were plenty of kitchen supplies, and the beach was a very short walk. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. If I were to make any suggestions (though it really isn’t a deal breaker), it would be to have a grassy area of my dogs to potty. However, both my pups were fine with the area they had once they got used to it. I truly have no complaints about this home… it was lovely. "
