Cape San Blas North End Gulf Side

CapeSide Breeze is less than two-minute walk to the Gulf on a private road to our deeded beach boardwalk. We are blessed to be on the and beautiful North Cape in Cape San Blas Beach. Our community did put up a gate on the boardwalk and the key will be with the house keys when you arrive. Cape Side Breeze has all you need for an affordable beach vacation. Sorry No Pets.
CapeSide Breeze has a very private shaded lot with pines and palms for you to enjoy. Our beach getaway comes with a screened-in porch along with a picnic area, charcoal grill, and outdoor shower. Our home is a one-bedroom with a queen bed, one bath in a well-maintained modular home with a full sofa sleeper. We have a flat-screen TV with DVD, Wifi, full kitchen but sorry no dishwasher. Our getaway is located 3 miles from the beautiful St. Joseph State Park and within walking distance of the Trading Post on Cape San Blas Road and Weber's Doughnut Shop. Cape Side Breeze has a privacy fence along the back and side of the property along with the trees this gives you a secluded feel, yet so close to everything including the beach.
Cape Side Breeze has plenty of parking for >23' boat with boat ramp located at the park. Call ahead so we can leave the back gate open for your boat. You can fish in the bay or walk the 1.32-minute walk to the beach and fish in the surf.
At Cape San Blas has a nine-mile biking trail, with bike and kayak rentals available within walking distance. Shelling, bird watching, horseback riding and snorkeling. Cape San Blas is a family-oriented town. If you are looking for privacy with a quick stroll to the beautiful Gulf we are what you are looking for. See more pictures on Facebook. Panama City is approximately a one-hour drive. Historic Apalachicola is less than 30-minute drive and has many choices for fresh seafood restaurants. Port St. Joe is only a 20 minute drive.

Great Place!

The property was very nice. To be in a busy area, it was very private. We loved the outdoor shower, screened in porch and the picnic table. The owner was great and response time was almost immediate if we had any questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful retreat

I had a lovely several days at Cape Side Breeze in November. The unit is great and well equiped. I especially like the screened in porch and the skylights in the bathroom and kitchen. The area is very quiet and yet the cottage is very close to the beach and to everything you need for a relaxing vacation

CapeSide Breeze provides all the essentials for a couple's getaway with easy access to the beach & local shops. Cabin was comfortable, clean, cool, & included all the needed essentials. We particularly enjoyed the screened porch. Best price on the Cape!! Owners were very responsive & helpful.

Capeside Breeze was perfect for the 2 of us-bed was comfortable, kitchen stocked with all you need, the screened in porch (which is must for me) was spacious and my husband even had a “man cave” to hang out in with a bbq, picnic table and a place for our bikes and fishing gear! Can’t wait to come back!

Neat little spot

Perfect spot for a couple to enjoy a little vacay! I will say the walk down the wooden trail is a little steep at the end perhaps for older folks, but nonetheless, a great spot and there are precautions set up to aid in the walk down the path at the end. Very clean, tidy, and organized!

Loved Capeside Breeze and Cape San Blas

I loved Capeside Breeze. It is tiny, but that is all we needed. It was cute, and clean, and I loved the setting. It is situated on a little street with several smaller rentals, but this was the only one with a pretty yard and a private setting. Very short walk to the beach where I walked every morning while waiting for hubby to roll out of bed! My ONLY negative is out of the control of the host; trash and dumpster pick up VERY early, almost every morning which was tough for a light sleeper. This, however, would not keep me from returning.
