The place is great. Very clean and well kept. The issue is that the water in both the sink and shower is barely a trickle and always just ice cold. My wife got one shower that was almost a little warm, but the warm water only lasted for a minute. We were there for 3 nights

Cute small motel room decorated in Adirondack style.
Property was nice and inexpensive. Mattress should be replaced though. Neat method of getting key....in a lockbox in a phone booth:)
