"This spot was ideal for us. Beauty, privacy, quiet, comfort. We used it as a base camp for exploring the Adirondacks. Felt remote but nearby North Creek had everything we needed. We had glorious weather and were outside most of the time, but the cabin was big enough for reading and playing games if we had needed to be inside more."

"The view of the lake was nice. The walls are paper thin and you will hear everything from your neighbors. The room was comfortable and clean with the exception of the whirlpool tub. We bought Clorox and blesched it three times. Each time removing brown scum from the jets and plumbing. We finally got it clean (and hopefully sanitized) enough for use. The toilet had a leak which kept the floor around it wet, requiring the use of several bath towels. This sounds like a lot, but really the place is still nicer than most places in the area."
