"Welcome to the Scottish Fawlty Towers. Bit harsh maybe Wifi intermitent, loud cars in the car park, no warning about saturday music nights, banging doors in rooms above reception shouty kids on the playing fields opposite, inside waterfall on the pool table. But all that aside, the hotel is brilliant, the staff are fantastic, the food is amazing and the locals are friendly and welcoming. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone it is a must stay destination. Thankyou all at the Richmond...
