"Facilities are nice, i just notice there is no fridge if customers wanted cold foods or ice maybe. Toothpaste is not even available, good thing we have. Over all, Golden Tulip Hotel services atre excellent. Even the shuttle comes and leave on time."

"Great Staff! View was great and location was relatively close to the airport! The in hotel store was top tier 10 out of 10! I’ve never seen a hotel with a full blown convenience store that has everything you need! "

"Room temp control was not working even after switching the room. The USB charge port did not work in the room and in the switched room too. Bad smell in the room, which caused me to ask for a room change. The new room fixed the odor problem. Overall, the hotel need renovation as things look pale and old. Definitely not a 5-star. "

"I felt super recharged for my connecting flight after spending a night here. It doesn't have a lot of amenities, as it's only a transit hotel, but the room is clean, comfortable, and the staff is very helpful."
