"We had a wonderful stay at AMERON Zürich Bellerive au Lac. The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore Zurich’s Old Town, restaurants, shops, and the lakefront without needing transportation. One of our favorite parts was the Seebad Utoquai right across the street. It was the perfect place to relax, swim in Lake Zurich, and enjoy the beautiful views. Having it just steps away made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Zurich. Highly recommended!"

"This was an amazing place to stay. Affordable, super clean, beautiful view, great location, and extremely nice and helpful staff. Truly the staff makes this place the best! Our first night it was quite hot so no air conditioning is a little tough but the other nights it was very cool with the windows open. Would defiantly stay again, great place!!"

"Great location near the old town and in front of the water. The best part is that you can swim in the lake in front of the hotel. The hotel looks great but it feels to me some of the server lack training and perhaps the chain is getting bigger as it doesn’t feel special anymore. In other high end hotels the check in is special, here it feels like any other check in."

"The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were good. I slept very well here. The breakfast was good, as long as you are not gluten free. Had to ask for bread which is ok I don’t mind that, but it was like it was a chore to be asked. When it says budget it is budget. It is like a lower class Travelodge for the British among the readers. There is no kettle or fridge in the room, I do think there is room for both. You get hot water from downstairs, but sometimes there were no cups. If you ask the staff they are not always very helpful or maybe I just asked the wrong ones. There was no milk or teabags or coffee to go with the hot water. There is a supermarket next door. It is a 15 minutes walk from the train station. The area is safe, female solo traveller. If you arrive before check in you have to pay 3CHF per bag, to leave your bag. There is no charge on leaving. There is a bus right outside the door so you can use your city pass for this, you get it free at check in. I do think some amenities could be added and some staff need some staff training in customer service."
