"Check in was very easy but we had a problem with our billing invoice that was unresolved by the time we left. We changed the dates of our stay and feel we were charged for six nights rather than five. Host was unable to resolve the issue.House was spacious with a lovely sitting room in the back. The yard was unkept and outdoorfurniture was too dirty to sit on. The inside of the house could have been cleaner. The beds were not comfortable and the bedrooms were small. "The room was a bit neglected cobwebs in The corners of the room and bugs next to the bath and dead plants at the doorway and doorway had not be swept . Tiny bath towels . Porridge was supplied but not enough milk , there was jam but no butter . We decided to not have breakfast and had it in Ararat instead.stead . "
