"Great property right in the middle of old town Quebec City. Lots to see, do, & eat within less than 10 minute walk! Immersed ourselves in a welcoming, delightful area, complete with a room upgrade!"

"Not a problem caused by the hotel but heavy rebuild of main roadway beside hotel made it difficult to access and leave the hotel. Was not mentioned on Google maps or by the hotel website. Would stay there again however, lovely hotel and friendly staff, very up to date even though an older hotel."

"À chaque fois, c'est le même problème - On doit mentionner à la réception qu'on a les privilèges VIP ($11). À l'enregistrement, la réception nous mentionne que c'était pas visible. Nous sommes revenus le lendemain et la préposée nous a mentionné que c'était bien inscrit au dossier??!! Très décevant de toujours devoir demander comme si on demandait une faveur."
