"Le lieu est magnifique, la chambre très spacieuse et confortable, le confort absolu et Stephanie est une hôtesse remarquable.j’aurais aimé pouvoir rester plus longtemps."
"Tout a été très agréable : l'accueil de la propriétaire, la maison et son environnement, la chambre, le petit déjeuner... Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis en vacances ! "
"Staff were very friendly, room was extremely large so no complaints there. A bit more attention to housekeeping wouldn't go astray (cobwebs and dusty floors). Nearby Italian restaurant was amazing. Lovely place in a little corner of Lyon. "

"Great space for our family. Old building but brand new modern hotel. Wonderful staff. The breakfast could use help as they seem short staffed but overall a great place to stay. "
"After a mix up (my fault) on booking dates, staff could not have been more helpful. Great location, lovely room and friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended. "
"Easy to walk into Vieux Lyon from here. This place was kind of hard to find but once we got there it was great. Great city view from front of property. "

"Reasonable hotel but not good location for getting to the city and poor management. Very difficult to get tea/coffee sachets and milk for the room - delays while someone had to go to the cellar to look for them. Strange arrangements for meals not properly explained at check in. Fire alarm at 2.15 in the morning with nobody to tell us what was happening or when we could go back to the room. Subsequently told that there was only one person on duty dealing with an overheated oven. In the morning raised this with a manager who just said ‘these things happen‘ while not acknowledging hotel staff were at fault by not turning off the oven/barbecue. To be fair, after lengthy discussion, this manager did offer to cancel. the parking charge by way of compensation and this was appreciated. Not a place we would want to stay at again."
"It's in a quiet and safe area of town right by to the botanical garden, zoo and beautiful park. The bus stop and various restaurants are right by the residence so it makes things convenient. The only thing that is not as convenient is that there are no grocery stores within minutes of walking distance and to get into town will require a 15-20min bus ride. But the buses come quite frequently. There is local parking underground in Cite P2 that can be purchased per night with the hotel stay. The room itself is clean and spacious with everything you need for a kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher, sink, plates, pots, cutlery, kettle, toaster). There is self serve laundry machines. Room service is only for the day you leave unless you specifically request and pay for it during the stay, which was fine with me since I didn't need room service during my stay. The Montempo entrance sign (on the ground floor) is not very big and easy to miss (but it's right beside restaurant 33 - which has a huge sign). I love the security feature on the elevator that requires the room key card to activate your respective floor, so strangers without the key card cannot just wander up to various floors unless they follow someone. "
"We really enjoyed our stay in crown plaza Lyon. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The lady at the reception who checked us in specifically was very helpful and helped us with all the information we needed with travelling around the area, food recommendations and anything else we needed. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good as well and the waiting staff in the restaurant area was very pleasant and friendly. Couldn’t complain about anything in the hotel, everything was very nice and clean. "
