Las habitaciones, especialmente una, la 411 no se correspondían con la descripción y lo pagado en la reserva. Se abonaron las habitaciones superiores y se recibieron las de categoria confort. Si bien me he percatado de esta circunstancia en el momento de contestar esta encuesta. El hotel es excelente, salvo por el punto anterior, no se si tal circunstancia es imputable a la recepción del propio hotel o a la web de Hotels en el momento de comunicar la reserva. Si hubiera pagado habitaciones confort el hotel es excelente. En la web de Hotels.com no habían habitaciones confort disponibles en el momento de la reserva.
