The view of Lyon on top of a holl was amazing to wake up to, dining on the patio or in the restarant also served amazing views of the Lyon country side. It is peaceful amd quiet retreat....

Nice alternative to city center dwelling

Breathtaking view on the terrace, the restaurant, the swimming pool and from the room. The room was very small but the view made up for it. St.-Cyr-au-Mont-d'Or was a very nice and quite area. Dinner was good at the hotel restaurant but breakfast was too pricy.

Nice hotel, stupid balcony policy for a night cab

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. We didn't eat in, as we had a reservation in the city. To come back in the evening at 22:00 and be refused to enjoy a cocktail at the balcony because it's reserved for dining guests, was a disappointment considering there was plenty of free tables and the kitchen was closed. They made a statement, and we got it and will not return again.

Just okay

The room had a faulty shower, lamp, and hairdryer so this was not a good start. After hours of traveling I was looking forward to a relaxing time but this was not received. I was also insulted by the waitress when I asked about the menu when she said if you want something more "basic like burger and chips" - maybe because I am English. I was actually hoping for a nice salad and something healthy - being put in that box was quite rude. The menu was very nice just not for me, whist I appreciate fine dining it was very limiting and not what I wanted that evening so went into the local area for a better atmosphere and found a lovely restaurant with music and kind staff. Nice cheese, wine and selection of local meats and salad. Cocktails and music. I spoke with the manager as I checked out and he said to email him!

En effet, on nous a indiqué que les petits déjeuner etaient compris dans notre formule avec le spa sans supplement. Belle vue

2回目の宿泊でした。今回はマウンテンビゥーの部屋に泊まりました。最高の眺めです。 レセプションスタッフ、お掃除のスタッフ皆さんとても感じよかったです。また次も泊まりたいホテルの一つです。少し料金は高くなりますがマウンテンビゥーの部屋を強くお勧めします。

Das Hotel war schön gelegen und der Pool und das Restaurant inkl. Terrasse, die aber eher zum Restaurant zu gehören scheint statt zu den Allgemeinbereichen des Hotels. Das Zimmer war schön, es gab ein schönes und gemütliches Bett aber das Bad hatte Krankenhaus-Vibes und die Fugen waren teils ziemlich schimmelig. Alles in allem aber ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Séjour parfait

3 séjours consécutifs dans cet établissement. La décoration, l’emplacement et les composites sont vraiment appréciables. Un grand plus pour le personnel d’accueil vraiment disponible, sympathique et réactif. La vue depuis les chambres est magnifique, superbe. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y retournerai avec plaisir.

4 nuits parfaites

4 nuits en semaine pour un déplacement professionnel. Un accueil parfait. Une disponibilité agréable de toute l’équipe pour répondre à mes interrogations. La chambre est confortable et spacieuse. La vue est à couper le souffle même si je n’ai pu l’apprécier que de nuit. En période diurne avec une bonne visibilité, cela doit être impressionnant. Un grand bravo. Je reviendrai lors de mon prochain séjour sur Lyon.

Excellent séjour

Très bel hôtel avec une vue magnifique sur Lyon et les Monts du Lyonnais. Excellent accueil. Chambres et literie très confortables. Nous avons apprécié l'espace détente avec piscine, jacuzzi et douches sensorielles.
