"We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town."

"The 2 queen room worked well for my son and I. Beds were comfy and kitchenette made it easy to prep a simple breakfast. It would be tight for a family of 4. Location is great on shuttle close to town and gondola. but a bit of road noise on the west side."

"Large well equipped unit, steps from the lift. Underground parking with elevator to you room was nice. The town of Winter Park has some great little restaurants. "

"Great location. Unit was clean. However, the toilet tank was leaking on the floor and took the maintenance staff 2 days to fix it. It was an inconvenience, but it did get fixed eventually. "

"Great stay! Carpets were nice and soft, they offered one covered parking spot and a closet to store snowboard gear. Door to home was personalized with name on the outside. Spacious living space and comfortable bed. Decent kitchen with all amenities needed. Close by to Keystone, A-basin and Copper. Highly recommended!"

"To be perfectly honest, the condos were not at the top of mind during our stay and that is how it should be. We had zero problems, everything was clean, everything worked as you would expect. The staff was friendly. The location of the condos couldn't be better. They are very close to the River Run Gondola and, basically, right in the heart of the village. "

"Keystone is a pretty temperate area. No AC in the room is usually not an issue. Temps were a bit higher than normal and the condo was warm during the day. Dishwasher was not attached to the cabinet. Furniture could stand to be updated. In short, you here are little details that would have made this property outstanding. "

"Based on the online booking site we booked a lake front property for the ease of walking back and forth to the lake with a family of 5. An hour after the booking a representative me the lake front was just the picture they use for all the properties. We ended up being 1.1 miles away and needed to drive and find parking multiple times a day. And the price was not adjusted for the inconvenient property. I'd be careful that what I book is actually what you get. "

"Room had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. Great location and easy walking to Main Street. Because it is so close to downtown it is a bit noisy in evenings when you open windows to sleep. But it's a trade off to be close to town. No A/C so you have to open windows to keep room cool for sleeping but it does let noise in."

"The stay included free breakfasts in the River Run Village which we ate there one time but called in carry-out orders each morning after that and it was great- It was a little bit of a walk but not bad. The Ski lift (Summit Express and Gondola) was with-in a little walk which was OK but not ski in and ski-out but no problem. Great location- Great Accomadations Great Staff !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! only bad thing at this resort SPA was just warm- not hot !"

"Wonderful stay. Would like to come back in late Summer. Road to residence takes a while and probably requires 4WD or AWD vehicle if dealing with rain or snow. Breathtaking views though. Everything was clean and was as pictured. 3 snow shovels on site helped. Only complaint was queen sized bed. I’m 6’4 and wife is 5’9."
