"We had a really good stay. The staff are all so helpful. They also helped us with the luggage forwarding. We didn’t even need to fill up anything. The area is really nice and quiet too. We liked walking around at night :)"
"The hotel is only about 7 mins away from major train station. The staff is friendly and helpful. Sleeping on the tatami is less uncomfortable than a regular bed but it was a unique experience. The bathroom is very tiny with no bathtub. There is also no room to put your toiletries and make up in there. There is a Family Mart around the corner and we had no issue shipping our luggage to our next destination. Will definitely stay again. "
"We stayed in many places during our trip to Japan. This hotel was the best. The only suggestion would be that breakfast wasn’t worth it. Everything else was wonderful. "
"No doubt, the rooms are a little dated, but everything was so clean. Rooms are way bigger than most hotels in Tokyo as well. There are convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel as well which was extremely helpful. The train station (Oedo line) is just a minute’s walk away, right beside the hotel.
Amenities are sufficient, but the variety is slightly lacking compared to others. That’s not an issue though.
Staff were extremely helpful and kind."
"The bed was hard and the AC in the room wasn't working, but the customer service was exceptional. I picked the tower view and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived and throughout our whole stay the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is also perfect because it is close to the shops without it being overwhelmingly busy. A bonus was that the limousine bus for the airport stops in front of the hotel."
