"We had the BEST stay at Casa Viña - we will 100% be booking again! Hillary had great communication upon booking all the way to when we checked in. Andrew was also great at keeping us updated and was a fabulous host whilst we were there, making sure we had everything we needed, providing reccomendations/directions, firewood, and even a bottle of Prosecco on my Mum’s birthday that was a great touch. We got to spend lots of time with the gorgeous golden retrievers Cally, flossie and Hettie which really made our trip.The villa itself was more than we could have asked for, had everything you could need and a big welcome basket was left of various food and drink which helped us to get started. You can tell how much work Andrew/Hillary have put into this villa and it definitely has a personal touch. The hot tub, pool, gym area, multiple terraces all added to what made our stay so amazing. We honestly could not have had a better time and couldn’t be happier that we found Casa Viña. Thank you again Andrew and Hillary. "

"Fantastic stay! The hotel is a stunning old house with loads of character and spotless rooms. The staff is lovely, and the location is as central as it gets. As is common with historic buildings, you can hear a little noise from other rooms, but it didn't take away from the experience. Highly recommend!"

"The rooms are very nice and great view. The feel of lobby and other areas of the hotel are more like an all inclusive. Roof top is spectacular and barely anyone there. "

"A very disappointing hotel in desperate need of refurbishment. Our Junior Suite was nothing like the photographs in the hotel promotion. It was a dark gloomy room with dangerous wiring. The tv couldn't be plugged in and the door to the balcony wouldn't lock. (We were on the first floor and the unlocked door was a real worry.) The food was mediocre. Entertainment left a great deal to be desired."

"This cannot be a 5 Star hotel. It should not be more than 3 stars. It is a very old hotel, staff was not helpful, we paid for breakfast during booking but they said its not included in spite of me showing them on the booking app. Location is not ideal, its very far from the airport and main lively area, unless you have a car its not convenient getting anywhere. Amenity timing is not good, bathroom and room also was not the best. The only good thing about this hotel was the view from the room-ocean view, that's it. We paid a lot for a 5 star experience but were disappointed. "

"I was in a room facing the hotel pools, so no view to speak of. Good central location age easy to enjoy the ocean across the street. Julio ( I hope i have the spelling correct was amazing in the dining room. Very welcoming and willing to speak English and help me out. Room cleaning was equally amazing and accommodating to my requests not to have the room done everyday. Overall i found the housekeeping to be very environmentally aware. Older ladies in the front desk could do with some customer service training. "
