The hotel is really nice, rooms are cosy and tidy with amazing views over the mountain and sea. Staff service is just amazing honestly and they have been really sweet and friendly with us. The breakfast and dinner food quality is average and there is big room for improvement.

Our stay here was excellent and we felt well taken care of throughout the stay. We were greeted with a glass of Cava on arrival, booked the standard double but received a large corner room with two balconies and a lovely view of the hills and Teide. Clean room and daily housekeeping. Great selection at the buffet breakfast. The hotel felt modern, clean and well placed away from the busyness of the coast strip, but still close enough to get out and explore Puerto. Pool was on the smaller side but well maintained. We paid for access to the spa on the last day, the jacuzzi was out of service and hidden by a shoddy paper wall, but we received a €5 discount. Only things I could fault is that our room got very hot and the AC did not work. As well as that our stay only included breakfast, but we arrived late the first night and had a few of slices of pizza at the buffet as it was closing up... €25 each at the end of the stay! Only our fault really, but I wish we were told up front how much it would cost. Regardless, I highly recommend Atlantic Hills!

The staff are nice. The room was ok but the second day, after the housekeeping, she didn’t leave us new towels. Not used one either. But she kept the tip. I ended up asking the new towels to the front desk. And the room is sometimes too noisy when downstairs doing some activity. And one of the reasons we chose this hotel was heated pools but we didn’t really feel heated enough. I understand it depends on people. But like if the jacuzzi are warmer, the better.

Das Hotel liegt an einer ruhigen und wenig befahrenen Straße oberhalb Puerto de la Cruz. Personal an der Rezeption wirkt etwas reserviert. Personal im Restaurant recht aufmerksam. Teller werden schnell abgeräumt. Frühstück und Abendessen in entspannter Atmosphäre. Großes, modernes Zimmer mit schönem Blick auf Puerto de la Cruz. Wer ein kleineres, modernes und eher ruhiges Hotel sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Parken direkt am Hotel möglich mit Zusatzkosten, ansonsten ist es immer etwas schwierig einen freien und kostenlosen Parkplatz auf dem kleinen Parkplatz neben dem Hotel zu finden.

L'hôtel est très beau et récemment rénové. Les parties communes sont bien entretenues. Malheureusement, la chambre n'avait pas été correctement nettoyée après les clients précédents (miettes sur le sol, poussière, poils/cheveux,...). Le ménage durant notre séjour était très rudimentaire et le sol n'était par exemple jamais aspiré. Globalement, la chambre donne donc une impression sale. La chambre est également trop petite, ce qui est dommage pour ce genre d'établissement. Le personnel de la réception n'est pas particulièrement sympathique, contrairement à celui du petit déjeuner. Malgré les aspects négatifs entourant la chambre, l'hôtel est vraiment agréable, bien situé dans un quartier calme. Les vues depuis l'hôtel sont exceptionnelles (notamment dans l'ascenseur et au dernier étage). La piscine et les jacuzzi sont agréables. Les repas (petit déjeuner et dîner) sont très bons, avec beaucoup d'options végétariennes, la salle possède de belles vues et est bien entretenue (plutôt style "restaurant" que cantine comme c'est parfois le cas dans ce genre d'établissement). Bref, l'hôtel a tout intérêt a considérablement amélioré ses standards concernant le nettoyage parce que pour le reste, il offre de belles prestations, notamment pour les repas, les parties communes et les vues. Nous reviendrions malgré les points négatifs.

Superbe hôtel situé dans un jardin luxuriant au calme entre deux très beaux parcs, avec une vue magnifique sur la ville et l'océan et à l'écart du tumulte du front de mer. Le personnel est très agréable et arrangeant. L'hôtel est très propre avec de nombreux équipements et des propositions d'activités sympas. Les repas sont diversifiés, il y en a pour tous les goûts .
