Very good and courteous staff. Very responsive To requests.
Only two things and I am splitting hairs
- bathroom floor was slippery. Need to very careful. I did recommend the team on acquiring some anti slip mats in shower. This could reduce the hotel liability should some one falls in shower
- for some reason all my expenses weren’t able to be charged to the room and I had to pay instantly.

We stay overnight or for a few hours for transit purposes. The free shuttle and close to airport makes this a great deal. The buffet breakfast that can be included in your room package is excellent and caters for all tastes. You can eat at one of the restaurants or bar for evening meal. last year bar food options was value for money. This year was not the case.

Right from the start the staff became our friends and made our experience memorable, from the manager Shaan and Aprita, the front desk staff and restaurant staff, all were amazing! The artwork in the hotel is sensational, very well placed and interesting! We ate at the Mekong restaurant and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had, also the main restaurant is amazing for breakfast with a huge selection and all food delicious. It’s the small touches that count , from chocolates to...
