The Mercure is a very good clean property. Staff are all very friendly, especially the front security staff who are very welcoming. We really enjoyed the Terrace Bar on top, great views. We went up there for New Year’s Eve. The only let down was housekeeping. Every day they missed cleaning our room. We had to go down to reception to request

Stay was comfortable. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable too. However initially the quantity of toiletries were very few & I had to ask twice for bathroom toiletries and on my second request it was provided. The breakfast spread was adequate

We could not stay in that property as we didn’t get the passport or OCI card with us at that time. So they did not allowed us to stay. We showed our driver license but they wanted either passport or OCI. Very unfortunate incident but the facility seems excellent.

even though there were no smoking signs the moment we stepped out of lift we felt someone in the rooms was smooking heavily and we could smell the same. we checked in late and few friends wanted to have a couple of beers for which there was no service/guidance as well/.
