"We booked our reservation for this house over a year before the wedding we were going to attend. It was the perfect, cozy, quaint house, walkable to the best that Missoula has to offer, just over the bridge from the university. We took our dog, and the fenced back yard was perfect for a quick visit in the early morning or late at night. The owner Shaun is very responsive and the home is so welcoming. If our travels ever bring us this way again, we will definitely stay in this home again."

"This is our second time staying at this cozy home. It provides everything you might need. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Its the best. The jacuzzi and spa are perfect after a long day. The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac making it super quiet and feeling super safe. Just minutes from convivence though such as Walmart for shopping should you need anything. A lot of items are thought of, from zip lock baggies and aluminum foil to dishes and to go mugs. We look forward to our next stay."

"This is a peaceful little place that offers plenty of things to keep the kids busy, is removed from town without feeling too isolated. We had a lovely campfire while the kids played in the tree house. We have a toddler which did require a watchful eye as there are some tricky stairs in and around the place as well as a small stream on one edge of the property, which also added to the charm. Accommodations are modest but cozy and more than sufficient. Would recommend to anyone."

The property manager handled the check in issue quickly and her communication was above & beyond. She was quick to respond and awesome! Would totally stay here again!"

"Our family traveled to Missoula for a soccer tournament and thought this place was great! We arrived after a long drive to find to cookies and fresh eggs in the kitchen for us. Erin was responsive to our requests and we loved the large fenced backyard…perfect for our two dogs. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Check out was a breeze. Great location as well. We would definitely stay here again!"
