However, as it is run by a corporate property management company the facilities are functional and equipment is minimal - just what you would need but no more.The house itself was fine, but the process of trying to book the property was horrendous and if it wasn't such a short notice booking, we would have gone elsewhere. "My family enjoyed our stay here. There were more rooms than our numbers and lots of bathrooms. It was also so clean. Communication was prompt and Michael (host) was kind enough to be flexible with our checkin/checkout time. We had everything we needed. Rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, laundry washer and dryer and many more. I highly recommend this space. We will for sure book again if we ever have the chance to visit New Zealand again. "
