This Montana institution showcases huckleberry cultivation through viewing windows and fresh-made treats. Sample their signature pie while watching skilled bakers transform wild berries into jams and pastries.
Just minutes from Glacier National Park, this tiny mountain town offers surprisingly excellent huckleberry pie and access to pristine wilderness. Rent a boat on Hungry Horse Reservoir or drive the scenic loop around it for views that locals consider better than the park's crowded spots.
Great location just outside Glacier National Park. Room refurbished and updated from photos. Didn’t have the breakfast as left early both days, but looked like a good selection of grab and go items available at reception.

We loved our stay here! It was a short drive to Glacier’s west entrance. Shared bathrooms were clean and modern. The bed was comfy, but the bunk bed would probably only hold a small child. Check in and out was contactless but staff replied promptly when we had questions.
Overall, the scenery was stunning, the room was clean & the location was fab!

What a beautiful little property, from every aspect you can see so much love & attention to detail has gone into creating a memorable holiday experience.
Good Medicine Lodge was by far the best property we stayed in during our 5 week US road trip. If you are considering a stay, do yourself a favor & book it, you won’t be disappointed.
Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer.
