"If you’re wanting a quiet hotel, this isn’t it. The night life outside went on till 4.30 in the morning, if your young fare enough but if your passing and want quiet, it’s not good. But it was a Saturday night, it might be different throughout the week"

"Just come back from Gretna really enjoyed our stay the staff at the Hotel were very friendly and helpful. We dined in the restaurant and the food was lovely the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was also very good with a self service menu with a good choice of hot and cold options. We have booked to come back in July for our sons wedding so now we have experienced the hotel we are looking forward to our next stay."

"The Cumbrian park hotel was friendly. clean and had very helpful staff. The room was clean and warm. And they gave you a nice big mug to have your tea or coffee in (great) I would definitely stay there again."

"The room we had had a problem with the toilet. It took ages to stop filling up & at one point the flusher stayed down so we had no toilet in our room. We went down for breakfast today at 9am only to find the landlord had overslept so the place was all closed up. Even the staff were waiting outside to get in. One member of staff, Natalie , was a great member of staff & very helpful. Great location for the town but very casual approach."
