"Friendly staff. Although an old hotel, need to be renewed. But the price was fare and the location is good. Close to the Tiwte bus terminal and easy acces to the airport. Good and free parking "

"Service was very good but my room smell like sewage and we had 2 cockroach as well. We told the cleaning people about it and left at noon to have the room cleaned and the roaches removes. When we were back at 4pm nothing was done. "

The transfer was handled very easily, but even so, we still had issues with the internet, and the in-room device that connects to the front desk—the telephone—was not working. Aside from that, everything else was smooth and trouble-free."
