Fomos muito bem atendidos pela equipe de funcionários, fomos a NATURALTECH e escolhemos o hotel em função da distância do evento que proporcionou inclusive se quisermos ir caminhão até o local ( ANHEMBI ), a única ressalva fica em relação ao CAMA, pedimos um quarto de casal, foram unidas duas camas de solteiro e ficou um VÃO (BURACO) entre as camas.

Péssimo

Quarto e atendimento péssimo ! TV não funcionava, serviço de quarto uma péssimo também (liguei pedindo água com gás, além de demorarem uma eternidade, trouxeram errado 3 vezes), a cama era tão dura que parecia que estava dormindo no chão com um cobertor. O Travesseiro parecia um monte de pano colocado dentro de uma fronha pra dar volume. A localização do hotel é área de risco além das garotas de programas que ficam quase em frente. O café da manhã é servido no quarto e consegue ser pior do que café da manhã de hospital. A Experiência foi horrível e não indico pra ninguém!

Internet não funciona no quarto 110. Neste é impossível descansar pois a cozinha fica bem em cima dele e até 23 hs há movimento e depois recomeça as 4 da manhã e é uma barulheira de louça, arrasto de algo como cadeira e conversa de funcionários. A ducha é dentro da banheira, sendo que me foi ofertado como separada e independentemente disso muito perigoso tomar banho. Ar barulhento e com funcionamento irregular. Lâmpada queimada. Um café que tinha relato de ser buffet e muito variado e é servido no quarto ão com um cardápio bem básico e que não te dá opção de escolha. Melhor diminuir preço da diária e não ter. Tomadas para a bancada de trabalho/apoio não existem. Enfim sofrível. Só enão classifiquei como horrível pois havia material de banho e roupas de cama que estavam limpas e higienizadas. Tive que solicitar controle da tv na recepção pois insistiam que botões na cabeceira funcionavam e nada.
