"The property was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful. Only thing I would change is the rock hard beds and the outdated furniture. "
"Clean and great breakfast.
Google maps shows walk through a prohibited road from bus station is possible. The walk to hotel from bus station is longer then .14 km."
"The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Portuguesa Tiete bus station and metro. The staff was friendly, and I felt safe during my 6 nights there. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Shopping Center Norte that has a Carrefour Supermarket. I plan on returning to this fabulous city in April, so the HOTEL PAULISTANO will see me again. John from Albuquerque "
"The only thing this hotel offers is a cheap place to sleep. The rooms are tiny, the beds are uncomfortable, the shower barely works, there is no air conditioning or fan, and the staff are unhelpful."

"É a 2ª vez que me hospedo e a experiência novamente foi bastante satisfatória.
O chuveiro é excelente, assim como a cama. O café da manhã bem servido, com variedades."
"They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. Otherwise the hotel was modern, rooms were clean with a minor ant issue in the bathroom, and next door to the luz station which made traveling the city and airport easy. "
