"We loved our stay at Il San Cristoforo. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern, and the resort property was beautiful and quiet. The staff were always helpful. The hotel offers free shuttle services multiple times a day to the nearby main train station (Ercolano Scavi) which made it easier for one of our day trips. They were also very helpful with getting a shuttle to Napoli Centrale for when we checked out. One thing to keep in mind is that local restaurants are a bit of a walk (~20 minutes)...

This is real family hospitality - their whole family went out of their way to make my stay amazing and personal, offering a custom experience through transport (they took me to Herculaneum, Vesuvius and the airport themselves) and excellent food. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Ercolano or Pompeii. Its near the train station and the stop/ pick up for the express shuttle for Mount Vesuvius. "

"The mini fridge never was cold. I was told that it would be swapped out with another one. But, it never was. The room was clean and had air conditioning. It was quiet sometimes. It was located in a condominium complex. It was more of a BNB than a hotel as there were 4 rooms. I would stay here again if the fridge was fixed. There was a grocery store down the street and I bought snacks that needed to be refrigerated."
