A lovely stay!
We stayed at Magpies as a base for attending a wedding. The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable, our hosts were very friendly and the breakfast delicious! Thank you.

Fantastic B&B.
A really lovely, smooth and friendly welcome from Jane, despite the late hour. I met their dog, who is lovely! Great room, very comfy, very peaceful. Excellent bathroom facilities and a ginormous bath mat which was very luxurious. I requested an early breakfast which was a bit cheeky given that it was the weekend but Jane could not have been more accommodating. A truly great little place. I'd have loved to stay for longer but unfortunately this was a work trip so time was short.

I have nothing but absolute praise for this place the owners Kevin and Jane were so humble and made us feel like one of the family. I almost don’t want to make this beautiful place known for my own selfish reasons so we can book for any date we want. We cannot wait to go back here. Me and the wife have had a lot of stress and worries of late but coming here made it all just float away. Thank you Kevin and Jane you are such lovely hosts and cannot wait to book our next date.

Excellent very clean room with lots of nice touches. Fresh milk, fridge, Sherry, coffee machine. Selection of toiletries in case you forgot something. Friendly owners and dogs! Would definitely recommend and visit again

Really lovely night away
Really enjoyed our stay at Magpies. We loved the room and all the personal touches like tea in the room and fresh water / milk etc. You are able to choose books / games / DVDs and use them in the guest sitting room or your own bedroom. Breakfast was gorgeous and cooked to perfection. The host (and dogs!!) were lovely and we couldn't have asked for more. It felt like a home from home. I am 32 weeks pregnant - and the bed was soooo comfy we didn't want to leave!

Wonderful stay.
A beautiful place, wonderful room and so comfortable. Such a friendly and welcoming couple it felt like home from home. I loved the dogs too, they were so friendly as well. I can definitely recommend it for everyone.

The Perfect Guesthouse
An absolutely wonderful place! Great location for a quiet night's sleep... beautiful surroundings and a wonderful host. Given the current situation, I was assured several times that everything had and would be cleaned. Everything was spotless and the breakfast was just perfect! (Herb mushrooms on toast).

A real "home from home". A really friendly welcome, a fantastic room and a fabulous breakfast. The Magpies "ticked every box" for me! I will definitely stay here again if I am in Horsham on business.

Lovely big room, well equipped with little table, chairs, chaise lounge, lots of space. Really appreciated little decanter of sherry! Nice breakfast. Two friendly dogs but watch where you walk.

Fab b&b in lovely rural setting
Overall, a very clean, comfortable and friendly overnight stay. Our garden view bedroom was very comfortable with everything we needed except a bath - but the shower was good. A mini fridge with fresh milk was a nice amenity, as well as ground coffee. Breakfast was exceptional - huge choice. My onion and chive omelette was expertly cooked and my husband had a full English - both plates were cleared!! If we're in the Horsham area again we would definitely stay at Magpies again.

A lovely comfortable B and B with very friendly hosts. We had a large room with very comfortable super king bed. Breakfasts were delicious with lots of choice. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and we were made to feel very welcome by the owners and their friendly dogs. We would definitely return.

A wonderful Lodge
Jane and her husband are amazing hosts. A great location - very peaceful spot with comfortable beds and all the comforts of home. Morning proper full English breakfast was fantastic. She even had veggie sausages. The puppies, two Springer Spaniels are great fun. We enjoyed them immensely. But, they also have plenty more to explore on their own and we had to search to find them. Dinner was within walking distance up the drive and was very good. We will definitely return. Horsham is a delightful market town and very walkable. A great end to our trip.

We really enjoyed staying here. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Accommodation, breakfast was an amazing. On top of that, we had a great time in the swimming pool in the one of hot day of the year!

Had a lovely stay, the room was more of a suite it was that large! It was also nice to find a fridge in the room Breakfast each morning was perfect and Jane even went out of here way to sort breakfast one morning when we had to leave early. It was also lovely to make friends with Harry & Fidget the Springers :)
