"Highly recommend this hotel. Conveniently located near the Tower Hill tune station for easy access to transportation and a 2 minute walk from the Tower of London. Very clean, restaurant was great, and the staff were incredibly helpful."

"Upon entering the hotel there was no one to greet me. Its a self checkin which i didn't like. A staff member was around and he did help with the process as I was struggling. Checkout is the same concept. The hotel always smelled good. The gym was adequate but the weight machine was missing some keys which limited the ability to function. It was always empty. Breakfast at the hotel was a bit limited but it filled its purpose. I didn't see many outside options for breakfast. The is a supermarket across the street which was very inexpensive and a souvenir/ grocery store on the same street as the hotel. Also next to the hotel is a chicken place that offers grilled and fried chicken at a very good price and the food was good. The hotel is within a short walking distance of Big Ben, the Eye in the Sky, The Aquarium and its promenade and the Big Bus Tour. Staff were very friendly and polite. Bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. In room safe and closet was spacious with adequate space for luggage , refrigerator and coffee machines. My room faced the main street so you did hear some noise from people outside at night. Overall I was satisfied as it served its purpose."

"We really liked the view in our room and it was in a great location. However, we noticed that supplies like hand wash, tissue and body wash were not refilled and it was hard to reach anyone by phone all afternoon. I had to go to the front desk and they refilled the items right away. I enjoyed their morning breakfasts and friendly staff."

"Breakfast was good but it is an extra fee. Pool is nice but no hot tub/jacuzzi. You have to reserve pool time which can be nice so its not crowded but need to know in advance. Had a room with a patio and gorgeous view of the river. In walking distance of Big Ben and Londons eye. Staff was iffy because they gave my room away and then had to pay extra for a different room but the doormen were friendly. "

"Location great. Rooms dated and our room had stains on the wall. Chipped furniture. Reception and bar/restaurant lovely looking and welcoming. Just needs a bit of tlc for the rooms and more hotel room cleaning staff"

"Hotel nice, staff not very friendly or helpful Room was ok very small and strange set up with sink by the door Not as close to Westminster as expected nothing on the doorstep Bed was comfortable but basic amenities "

"The only good thing was the location and the oversized bath towels. Bathroom shower doors didn't close and there was water all over the floor every time we showered. The bathroom sink didn't drain, we asked to have it fixed, didn't happen. There was mold on the bottom of the shower door and also on the walls. Used the kitchen sink instead. Electrical was odd, it was all on or all off mostly. Pillows were so flat we each needed 3 (which they did provide extras). After 4 nights here we couldn't wait to leave."
