"We really enjoyed ourselves during our stay. We were walking about 10 miles per day and this house was great to come back to and relax afterwards. There is a nice park area across the street and the village with plenty of options is a short 5 minute walk. The hosts were great and made everything easy checking in and out. Highly recommended!"

"We were a party of four couples. Three had an ensuite bedroom, whilst the fourth couple had a separate upstairs area with their own private toilet and access to their own shower room at the bottom of their staircase. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions (before and after I booked). The beautiful house and location worked perfectly for a group of mature adults. We had everything we needed for a great weekend break."

"The 16c house is quaint with sloping walls and floors, original beams and inglenook fireplaces. Sympathetically renovated with lovely quality finishing. The garden pretty, with lots of spring bulbs emerging and colourful chickens in a stable supplying fresh, warm eggs. Jonathan was the perfect host - attentive, thoughtful and generous. "House was OK with adequate facilities, except microwave. Problem was we had absolutely no instructions for the operation of any of them. The dryer had an isolation switch (un labelled) that someone turned off and it took us some time to discover the reason for it not operating. The dish washer also failed to run properly and we believe it was due to a blocked filter. We hadn't used it initially so didn't discover the problem until near the end of our stay."

"For my personal needs it was further away from London city Centre than I would have liked, but that’s not the fault of the property. Otherwise great! Very safe and quiet, adorable neighborhood that made me feel like I was in a true English village. No A/C, but multiple fans provided. Utilized the laundry availability. I also accidentally left a bag of souvenirs behind and they were nice enough to keep watch for it, find it for me, give me a call and hold it for a friend to pick up. "
