"Great customer service and help both before my stay and during.
The hotel is conveniently located and has a bus stop right outside.
Clean room and recently refurbished. Good information provided, especially for late check in.
The continental breakfast was very adequate and a range of machine coffees available for a small extra cost, were excellent.
My only ask is for a stair lift or something similar to get luggage up the stairs!
