"Loved the stay at Hotel Hanakoyado! Booked a one night stay to experience the private Onsen at the hotel and 100% it was an enjoyable experience! The plan I booked came with breakfast, and the meal was so satisfying! If I were to visit Arima Onsen again in the future, I will definitely be choosing this hotel! "

"This was my first time in Arima and also my first time staying in a traditional Japanese-style room at a ryokan. I had stayed at a different ryokan the night before in a Western-style room, so this stay was a completely new experience. The staff and service were wonderful, and the location of the ryokan was very scenic. I had not included dinner in my booking, but I wish I had. I did rent the private onsen for 45 minutes and was able to enjoy the relaxing effects of Arima’s famous gold and silver waters. The tatami-style room was charming and comfortable, and I would love to return in the future and bring friends with me. Breakfast the next morning, with everyone wearing yukatas, made the experience even more memorable."
"This was my first time in Arima and my first time staying at a ryokan. I stayed for one night and immediately wished I had booked an extra night. I was in Arima for two nights total and wanted to compare two different ryokans to experience the differences. Takayamaso Hanano was an excellent stay that I will remember fondly. I paid for a room with a silver bath and a full board dinner. The ryokan dinner was unforgettable, and the staff were very friendly despite the language barrier I had as a foreign visitor. If I ever return to Arima, I would love to stay here again."
"Enjoyed the facilities (including the use of the larger sister resort). Brilliant meals. However, we lost a pair of earrings that was placed inside a cupboard and we discovered missing when packing up."
"Everything was great from the hospitality to the service. Having a personal shuttle take you around town was great considering how "hilly" the terrain is in Arimaonsen. The onsens (hotsprings) are forbsure the main attraction and the time allotted to rent each onsen (45 minutes a session) was certainly generous. I've stayed here twice already and I'm already looking forward to returning someday."
"The hotel is nicely decorated. Our indoor hot spring bath is nicely arranged. Dinner was delicious. Certainly, few more or a larger piece of wagyu beef will be great. Breakfast has lots of variety. "
