"Very convenient to Pearl Harbor Memorial. Breakfast was quite good. Staff very helpful. Room had a musty smell. The property is a bit dated and needs refurbishing. "

"I have always had a great stay. Just this visit, my room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. The housekeeping staff came and deodorized the room which didn't last. I now wonder if rooms are cleaned thoroughly after each stay."

"The Sheraton Princess Kaiulani is a solid choice for a stay in Waikīkī, especially if you’re looking for a convenient location and great views. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff throughout the property were consistently friendly and welcoming. One of the standout features is the location—just a short, less-than-five-minute walk to Waikiki Beach, which made it incredibly easy to enjoy the ocean and surrounding area at any time of day. The views from the hotel were also a highlight and added to the overall experience. The only real drawback was the lack of a microwave in the room, which would have been a nice addition for convenience, especially for reheating leftovers or quick meals. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-located hotel with great service. I’d definitely consider staying here again."

"This is a great property for beautiful views. While on the property, there was construction near the front door . They do not have shuttles from the airport to your hotel room unless you pre arrange. They do not receive you with Leis. The tiles from the pool were falling off, the paint near the pool is chipping. The coffee is really good. In my room there was multiple markings along the walls. House keeping does not clean properly. You only get your rooms bedsheets changed if you ask. Room service has an automatic surcharge depending on how much you order. Location is key, near the Ala Moana shopping center. The rooms have a tub and a shower separately which is perfect for relaxation. One of the elevators was broken. The gift shop has great options. The restaurant was ok, the ribeye was really tough. The doorbell men are very helpful. The staff is really nice. You do not need a car at this property as everything near. Waikiki is very walkable unless you will be driving out to the north, but you can also use bus transportation or a trolley which they can help you arrange. Booking through this app will have you pay additional costs at the location for incidentals and room charges as well as resort fees. I expected this to be amazing but it falls within a 7 star hotel. Very basic and not worth the cost. "

" the staff was very nice, the hotel was in a very bad condition, with old carpets,very old curtains,and the mattress was very old and mushy. I would not stay there again!only redeeming factor it is 2 min from the airport."
